WARRANTY
The following warranty information applies to all purchases of Rebel® Custom Knee Braces:
Frame & Hinges: Lifetime (original user)
Soft Goods, Straps & Liners: 3 Months
The warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship of your new Rebel® Custom Knee Brace. This Warranty covers the rigid brace frame and TM5+ hinges for the lifetime of the user that the brace was originally fabricated. The warranty covers all other materials, including straps, sleeves, liners and pads for three months from the date of original purchase.
Brace Pimp will repair or replace (at its option) any defective part covered under warranty at no charge. Repairs caused by accident, negligence, misuse or abuse by the purchaser are not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.
Note: Only the original purchaser is entitled to claim service under this warranty.
